Brad’s Wine Subscription Service
Brad's monthly wine subscription service offers subscribers 6 / 12 /18  bottles (at choice) of premium wines with free home delivery. Once a subscription is processed, the subscriber will be charged automatically each month on that same date unless they contact Brad's Wine to cancel or amend the subscription before the recurring date. Recurring payments will not be returned as wines are immediately dispatched. Upon cancellation, the subscription will be cancelled from the following due payment. Subscribers have the option to opt-out, pause, gift wines or change the delivery address at any time by contacting Brad's Wine. Wine selections will be changed each month and may differ depending on delivery region.

We deliver the subscription wines with DHL anywhere in the EU & UK with duty and taxes pre-paid. If DHL cannot deliver to you directly (for example there is no one to receive the goods), DHL will contact you with an address and you have seven days to pick-up the box from the the pick-up location. If you do not pick-up the wines in this time, DHL returns the wines to the local customs office, where they are destroyed. With this in mind, wines are not dispatched a second time.

Insurance and damage
All of our shipments are guaranteed and insured.
Please advise in writing within 7 days of receiving the goods if there are any damages.
