Brad’s Wine Subscription Service
Brad's monthly wine subscription service offers subscribers 6 / 12 /18 bottles (at choice) of premium wines with free home delivery. Once a subscription is processed, the subscriber will be charged automatically each month on that same date unless they contact Brad's Wine to cancel or amend the subscription before the recurring date. Recurring payments will not be returned as wines are immediately dispatched. Upon cancellation, the subscription will be cancelled from the following due payment. Subscribers have the option to opt-out, pause, gift wines or change the delivery address at any time by contacting Brad's Wine. Wine selections will be changed each month and may differ depending on delivery region.
We deliver our subscription wines by courier anywhere in the EU & UK (duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer, if and when applicable). If our courier cannot deliver to you directly (for example there is no one to receive the goods), the courier will contact you with an address and you have seven days to pick-up the box from the the pick-up location. If you do not pick-up the wines in this time, the courier returns the wines to a local customs office, where they are destroyed. With this in mind, wines are not dispatched a second time.
Insurance and damage
All of our shipments are insured. Please advise in writing within 7 days of receiving the goods if there are any damages with photographic evidence and a statement of any damage. Damaged goods will be replaced.
