- SEPTEMBER WHITE WINES -
Le Petit Gascoun 2021 Blanc . Côtes de Gascogne, France
80% Colombard and 20% Sauvignon Blanc. Brilliant light-yellow colour. Complex aromas of apricot, white peach and citrus. Fresh and aromatic on the palate where kiwi and grapefruit notes also appear. Perfect with fish-based meals. Winemaker’s pairing - with goat cheese and a touch of apricot jam.
Vino Antorino 2021 Sauvignon Blanc . Puglia, Italy
Straw yellow colour with green nuances. The aromas are delicate with floral notes of jasmine and scents of exotic and citrus fruits. The palate is fresh and minerally with an excellent presence of tropical fruits. Perfect matching with seafood, codfish, appetisers, meat and poultry.
Indole Organic 2022 Macabeo . Valencia, Spain
The wine is perfumed with fresh aromas of lime, peach and tropical fruits with a floral background. In the mouth the wine displays structure and delicacy, a balanced finish, filling the mouth with refreshing acidity.
- SEPTEMBER ROSÉ WINE -
Tramutola 2020 Rosato . Basilicata, Italy
The wine has a pink amber color and delicate aromas with flowery notes. The taste is fresh, full and harmonious. A great rosé for food, that matches well with meat, cheese, pasta, pizza, vegetables and light soups.
- SEPTEMBER RED WINES -
Le Petit Gascoun 2021 Rouge . Côtes de Gascogne, France
100% Marselan. Bright ruby colour. Subtle aromas of red fruits, cassis, plum. Refreshing on the palate with primary flavours of cassis. Length enjoyable by its finesse. This red wine will perfectly match with all white or red meat but also with all kinds of fish. Winemaker’s pairing : pork ribs, potatoes and green salad topped with strawberry vinegar.
Cavallino 2020 Negroamaro . Apulia, Italy
This is a rich and full-bodied wine from the South of Italy. Deep garnet in colour, the wine is full and dry, with aromas of blackberries and a lovely long and savoury finish. Perfect for braised meats, game, mature cheeses, tomato based pasta and meat stews. The taste of Apulia!
Indole Organic 2022 Tempranillo Monastrell . Valencia, Spain
This organically grown beauty is a blend of juicy Tempranillo and rustic Monastrell. It has a savoury nose of bright red fruits, juicy plum, violet and raspberry flavours. Fleshy and soft on the palate, smooth and tasty. A fantastically enjoyable wine. Ideally paired with tapas and spiced foods.
