- NOVEMBER WHITE WINES -

Chéno 2023 Bianco . Villorba, Italy
This wine shows a straw-yellow hue with greenish tinges. The aroma is lightly fruity, with hints of delicate floral notes. On the palate, it’s savoury, fresh, and agreeably balanced. Pairs well with appetisers, starters, vegetable and fish dishes, as well as soups.

Tagua Tagua 2023 Sauvignon Blanc . Valle Central, Chile
Suitable for vegans. Pale yellow colour with greenish notes. The palate is dry, with a medium acidity. Soft mineral notes are the product of the blend that includes fruit from high altitude vineyards. An ideal pairing for fresh fish, appetizers, salmon carpaccio and salads with white cheese.

Chateau Saintongey 2023 Blanc . Bordeaux, France
Delicate fruity aroma and crisp acidity. Refreshing taste, balanced by lively acidity, with bright notes of passion fruit, citrus, and peach. This wine pairs beautifully with seafood, especially oysters, shrimp, and lobster, and is also an excellent match for poultry dishes, salads, and light cheeses.

- NOVEMBER ROSÉ WINE -

Tagua Tagua 2023 Rosé . Valle Central, Chile
Pale pink with orange tones. Light aromas of wild flowers and herbs that combine in the mouth with raspberries and strawberries. A fresh wine ideal for salads and seafood, with a balanced acidity and finish.

- NOVEMBER RED WINES -

Chéno 2023 Rosso . Villorba, Italy
Ruby red in colour with hints of violet, this wine opens with a fruity bouquet, showcasing blackberry, raspberry, and prune. On the palate, it is dry, harmonious, and velvety, offering a well-rounded texture. Exceptional when paired with mushroom or radicchio risotto, red and white meat dishes, and a selection of cheeses.

Tagua Tagua 2023 Merlot . Valle Central, Chile
Intense ruby red. Soft floral aromas and herbal tones, red fruits and vanilla on the palate. The wine is fresh and delicate with firm tannins and a clean finish. With oak ageing, this wine suits heavier meat dishes.

Chateau Saintongey 2022 Rouge . Bordeaux, France
This wine displays a stunning, luminous garnet hue with a warm, intense nose featuring dark berry notes of blackberry and blueberry, complemented by a touch of spice. On the palate, it’s superbly flavourful and well-balanced, with an intense, lingering finish—a rich and delectable wine, ideal alongside rosemary lamb leg or roast beef.
