November 2023 Free Gift . Neptune Gold Barbados Rum
Neptune Rum Gold is a beautiful golden blend of aged rums from Barbados. Exceptionally smooth expressing nuances of apricot, banana, and coconut overlaid with soft hints of honey and vanilla.

- NOVEMBER WHITE WINES -

Domaine Galtier 2022 Orpheon . Languedoc, France
A fresh wine produced with Rolle grapes, that is cold vat fermented to retain freshness and acidity. There is a lovely citrus profile on the nose, the palate is clean and thirst-quenching with beautiful purity. A simple and pleasurable wine, for light aperitif dishes.

Verum 2022 Airén Terra . Ciudad Real, Spain
Produced from Airén de Pie Franco from non-irrigated old vines. Pale lemon yellow colour. Complex on the nose. White fruit, apple, ripe banana, aromatic herbs, an earthy background and citrus characters. Excellent acidity on the palate, which enhances a salty and mineral character, long- lasting, bees wax, balsamic lemon caramel and herbs.

Cantine Terredagoli Organic 2022 Bianco . Tuscany, Italy
Straw yellow with greenish reflections with complex aromatic expressions, excellent acidity and good structure. A fresh and lively wine. Perfect with fish, shellfish and vegetable pasta dishes.

- NOVEMBER ROSÉ WINE - 

Brise Marine 2022 Rosé . Provence, France
A blend of Cinsault, Grenache and Syrah. This rosé harks from the foothills of the Massif des Maures on sunny hillside slopes and is fruity, light, fresh, and easy to drink. For everyday meals with friends, with grilled meat and salads.

- NOVEMBER RED WINES -

Domaine Galtier 2021 “Espirit de Souche” . Languedoc, France
60% Grenache, 30% Syrah, 10% Mourvèdre. Ruby red colour with a pleasant nose of fresh bay leaf and black fruit. Supple and charming on the palate with an ageing potential of up to 5 years. Marry with grilled pork chops or veal.

Verum 2020 Cencibel Roble . Ciudad Real, Spain
100% Tempranillo. 3 months in French oak barrels, 8 months in clay amphoras and then 12 months rest in bottle. Young cherry red, fruity on the nose, strawberry, ripe plum, earthy with strawberry marmelade. On the palate the wine is structured, fleshy, with ripe fruits, balsamic character, with sweet and round tannins. Pair with meat, fish soups and stews.

Cantine Terredagoli 2021 Tribus . Tuscany, Italy
A blend of Merlot and Cabernet, the wine has an intense ruby colour, with slight garnet hues and a bouquet of small black fruits, cherries and spicy oak. Harmonic and balanced, with dense tannins, ripe fruit, vanilla and tobacco leaf notes. Marry with meat dishes, medium-aged cheeses and dried hams.
