Domaine de Miselle 2022 Colombard-Gros Manseng . Gascogne, France
80% Colombard and 20% Gros Manseng. This is a wine to be enjoyed whilst young and fresh, ideal as an aperitif and for sheer pleasure. It also makes an excellent partner for starters, seafood, fish and white meats - a real delight.
Baglio Baiata Alagna 2022 Inzolia . Sicily, Italy
Made from 100% Inzolia grapes. A beautifully produced wine with delicate aromas that have both herbaceous fragrances and scents of fresh summer flowers, white peach and citrus. Fantastic with aperitivo snacks or just alone.
Woodlands Selection 2021 Chardonnay . South East Australia
Enticing pale straw in colour, the sweet and creamy bouquet is fragrant with honey, herbs and citrus with notes of toasty vanilla. It possesses a lovely, well-balanced depth of soft, creamy, melon fruit and toasted oak, and comes to a sumptuous conclusion with a long, dry finish. This wine can be cellared for up to three years. Try this one with chargrilled seafood.

Domaine de Miselle 2022 Rosé Syrah . Gascogne, France
100% Syrah and matured for 6 months on fine lees, this is a fantastic wine for grilled meat and paella. It will delight you with summer vegetables as well as on lightly spicy meals such as tagine, sautéed lamb with garlic, chicken with olives, ravioli tomato tarts, grilled fish and meals with herbs.

Domaine de Miselle 2022 Merlot-Tannat . Gascogne, France
50% Merlot and 50% Tannat, the wine has spent 9 months on fine lees to add texture, depth and character. Best enjoyed within 3 years of vintage. Serve with cold meat assortments, raw hams, red meats. It is also a wonderful match with sauce-based meals or a cheese plates.
Baglio Baiata Alagna 2021 Syrah . Sicily, Italy
This intense and fruity Shiraz has a fantastic spice backbone and shows fragrances of black pepper, plums and blackberries. Perfect just on its own, this wine also pairs well with beef and lamb, fantastic!
Woodlands Selection 2019 Shiraz Cabernet . South East Australia
This medium red coloured wine exudes aromas of dry spice, leather, and earthy mineral aromas. On the palate the wine has a good helping of soft redcurrant flavours balanced by smooth tannins and spicy oak at the finish. Serve with stir fried chicken and beef dishes.
