- JANUARY WHITE WINES -

Domaine Canet 2022 Chardonnay . Rustiques, France
100% Chardonnay. Pale gold colour. Delicate aromas of pear, peach and hints of acacia flowers. Fresh, elegant and mineral on the palate, with a slightly salty finish. Best served with grilled white fish, shellfish, poultry or with a cheese platter.

Genus 2022 Blanco . Jumilla, Spain
100% made from Airén grapes, its careful elaboration results in a wine balanced in body and colour, pale yellow clean and bright. With aromas of banana and apple, on the palate it is light, smooth, velvety, fresh, and pleasant to drink. A perfect pairing with snacks, seafood, and fish in general. Vegetables, salads, pasta or pizzas.

Tapada D’Elvas 2022 Branco . Alentejo, Portugal
A blend of Antaõ Vaz, Arinto and Verdelho, and aged for 3 months. This Branco has a bright citrus colour, with fruity and tropical aromas. Fresh on the palate, well balanced and persistent. Matches perfectly with fresh fish, light salads and seafood.

- JANUARY ROSÉ WINE - 

Genus 2022 Rosado . Jumilla, Spain
100% made from grapes of the Monastrell. Balanced in body and colour, with fruity notes. On the palate it is very clean, light and fresh. Ideal with rice dishes, salads, aperitifs, pastas, pizzas, meats, vegetables, fish, short- cured cheeses, white meats or just simply, by itself.

- JANUARY RED WINES -

Domaine Canet 2022 Merlot . Rustiques, France
100% Merlot. Round-bodied, easy to drink, well-balanced wine with red fruit yoghurt aromas. A full, supple and elegant finish. A cuvee which is all fruit and elegance. Perfect for barbeques, Napolitano pizza or platters of charcuterie. Pure joy!

San Isidro 2021 Monastrell . Jumilla, Spain
This wine presents an intense purple tone, which is common on young wines. Light and sweet dark fruit aromas like raspberry, plum and blackberry typical in Monastrell wines. Light, complex and tasty. This wine pairs well with all kind of meats, paellas, seafood, pasta, stews, tapas and great with roast duck.

Trinca Espinhas Tinto . Douro, Portugal
A blend of Touriga Franca and Tinta Barroca, garnet and violet in colour. On the nose, intense aromas of mature fruit, with cherry notes. Warm in the mouth, rich, strong, balanced and with a long finish. Best matched with beef, lamb, pastas and game.
