January 2022 Free Gift . Neptune Gold Barbados Rum
Neptune Rum Gold is a beautiful golden pot and column still pot rum. It is a blend of eight, five and three year old Bourbon barrel aged rums from Barbados. Exceptionally smooth expressing nuances of apricot, banana, and coconut overlaid with soft hints of honey and vanilla. Excellent on ice as a digestif or in cocktails.

WHITE WINES

Les Voiles de l’Atlantique Blanc . Bordeaux, France
Ripe flavours of sweet gala apples, lime and rich tropical fruits predominate in a lush textured style with a long dry grainy finish. The wine will drink superbly when young. To be consumed with fresh seafood or salads and as an aperitif.

Vilena Vinho Branco . Santarém, Portugal
Three blended grape varietals make up this excellent white wine - 60% Antão Vaz, 20% Fernão Pires, 20% Chardonnay. Fresh and crystalline in appearance, this zesty white wine has aromas of tropical fruit with pleasant, soft fruit characters that linger and offer a beautifully balanced drink that marries well with shrimp and chicken dishes.

Las Mondes 2019 Sauvignon Blanc . Central Valley, Chile
The wine is aged on its lees for 4 months. No wood is used in the ageing process. A tropical nose with gooseberry, asparagus and hints of bell pepper. An abundance of flavours carry through onto the palate with fresh, crisp acidity. Best enjoyed with seafood, lightly flavoured pasta or sushi.

ROSÉ WINE

Dona Helena Setúbal 2020 Rosé . Portugal
This award-winning rich and fruity rosé wine from the Península de Setúbal is produced from Aragonez and Castelao grapes. Soft and fresh fruit characters offer a well-balanced and textured light wine that fits perfectly with seafood, fish and vegetarian dishes.

RED WINES

Bodegas San Valero Origium Garnacha 2018. Cariñena, Spain
This vibrant red wine is produced from 100% Grenache grapes. Intense violet colour with red fruits and nuances of liquorice giving great intensity in the mouth. Strawberry, cherries, light tannins, and good persistence. Serve with grilled meats, cold meats, soft cheeses and light stewed dishes.

Vilena Vinho Tinto . Santarém, Portugal
80% Aragonês , 20% Syrah. Garnet in colour with intense aromas of lush red fruit. The palate is smooth and velvety and this textured red wine produced by Quinta Monteiro de Matos in Santarém is excellent with stews and red meat dishes.

Mallette Cabernet Sauvignon Grenache . France
A fantastic, big round and juicy wine that oozes characters of both of these tremendous grapes offering blackcurrant and plum fruit, backed up with mint, tobacco leaf and soft tannins. Wonderful with all meat dishes.
