Little Eden 2020 Chardonnay . South Eastern Australia
A fresh and elegant 2020 Chardonnay with bright straw and green hues. The nose offers brioche, citrus blossom, and nectarine aromas. The crisp palate features tropical fruits, subtle oak, and a long, refined finish. Best served at 6°-10°C, pairing beautifully with chicken makhani, seafood croquettes, or cheddar cheese.
Genus 2024 Airén . Jumilla, Spain
A fresh and smooth 100% Airén white wine with a pale yellow, bright appearance. Aromas of banana and apple lead to a light, velvety palate with a crisp finish. Perfect with seafood, salads, pasta, and light snacks. Serve chilled.
La Caneva Dei Biasio 2023 Pinot Grigio . Veneto, Italy
A fresh and harmonious Pinot Grigio with a greenish-yellow hue and golden reflections. The nose reveals ripe yellow fruit and dried fruit notes, while the palate is dry, soft, and well-balanced. Best served at 10-12°C, it pairs beautifully with light white meat sauces, grilled fish, and aged cheeses.

Genus 2024 Rosé . Jumilla, Spain
A fresh and elegant 100% Monastrell rosé with a balanced body and vibrant color. Fruity on the nose, the palate is clean, light, and refreshing. Perfect with rice dishes, salads, pastas, meats, seafood, or enjoyed on its own. Serve chilled.
- FEBRUARY RED WINES -
Langhorne Creek 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon . Adelaide, Australia
This is a blend of Trincadeira and Touriga Nacional grapes. Garnet color, with intense aromas of red fruits and great freshness. Persistent, rich and smooth aftertaste. Pair with red meats and intense cheeses.
Castillo Del Picacho 2023 Monastrell . Jumilla, Spain
Castillo del Picacho is a vibrant 100% Monastrell with an intense purple hue. It offers sweet dark fruit aromas of raspberry, plum, and blackberry. The palate is light, complex, and flavorful. Perfect with meats, paellas, seafood, stews, tapas, and roasted duck or chicken.
La Caneva Dei Biasio 2023 Cabernet Veneto . Vento, Italy
A ruby-red Cabernet Sauvignon with aromas of ripe red fruit, violet, and subtle sweet spice. The palate is dry and soft with gentle tannins and a slight herbaceous finish. Best served at 10-12°C, it pairs well with lasagna, risotto, red meats, game, and aged cheeses.
