Woodlands 2024 Chardonnay . Western Australia
Pale gold in colour, offering a refined nose of ripe peach, citrus blossom and a touch of toasted almond. The palate is elegant and balanced, with layered stone fruit, subtle oak spice and a fine line of acidity. Perfect with roast chicken, seared scallops or creamy mushroom dishes.
Viverello 2024 Bianco . Verona, Italy
Pale straw in colour, with a lightly aromatic nose of pear, white peach and soft floral hints. The palate is fresh and easy-drinking, showing gentle citrus, crisp orchard fruit and a clean, delicate finish. Lovely with grilled vegetables, simple pasta dishes or light seafood salads.

Pale, delicate pink in colour, with a fresh nose of wild strawberries, citrus zest and soft floral notes. The palate is crisp and lively, offering red berry nuances, hints of peach and a clean, saline lift. Excellent with Mediterranean salads, grilled prawns or charcuterie.

Tagua Tagua 2023 Merlot . Valle Centrale, Chile
Deep ruby in colour, with a inviting nose of ripe plum, black cherry and a touch of soft spice. The palate is smooth and rounded, showing juicy dark fruit, gentle tannins and a hint of cocoa on the finish. A great match for roast lamb, pasta with tomato-based sauces or grilled mushrooms.
Woodlands 2023 Shiraz . Western Australia
Deep ruby-purple in colour, with a vibrant nose of blackberry, dark plum and subtle peppery spice. The palate is bold yet polished, offering ripe black fruit, supple tannins and a touch of sweet spice on a long finish. Excellent with grilled rib-eye, slow-cooked beef or smoky barbecued vegetables.
