December 2024 Free Gift . Vanilla Concierge Ceylon Cinnamon
In this month’s Brad’s Wine case, we are offering all subscribers a sample of Ceylon cinnamon from Madagascar. A delicate, sweet flavour with subtle warmth and complexity. Known for its thin, soft sticks, it’s prized for its smooth, aromatic taste and is considered a superior, more refined cinnamon compared to other varieties.

This Weissburgunder offers a delicate mirabelle aroma complemented by subtle chestnut nuances. On the palate, it is juicy with notes of honey and ripe apples, balanced by a well-integrated acidity. An excellent companion to fine fish dishes or light ragout.
Commissioners Block 2023 Sauvignon Blanc . South Eastern Australia
This wine has a pale straw colour with a green hue, offering aromas of tropical fruits like guava and mango, alongside citrus blossom and hints of freshly cut grass. On the palate, it is refreshing with vibrant acidity and lively fruit flavours. It pairs beautifully with chargrilled squid, avocado and tomato salsa.
Alvinho Selected Harvest 2021 Branco . Beria, Portugal
Delicate and well-balanced, this light yet expressive wine offers fresh citrus and floral aromas. The palate is crisp and refreshing, with a hint of minerality and fruit-driven elegance. Ideal with grilled fish, cod, sushi, salads, Italian dishes, white meats, and mild cheeses.

Little Eden 2023 Pinot Noir . South Eastern Australia
This wine has a mid-red colour with a crimson hue and aromas of fresh red fruits—strawberry, cherry, and raspberry—alongside a hint of violets. On the palate, silky tannins support flavours of red berries, violet, rhubarb, and a touch of vanilla, leading to a savoury finish.
