December 2023 Free Gift . 44°N Gin
44°N Gin is a unique gin, distilled on the French Riviera, inspired by the art of the perfumers of Grasse. A burst of fresh lemon and grapefruit, followed by a floral blend of bitter orange and warm pepper enchants the palate.
- DECEMBER WHITE WINES -
A Pachas 2022 Malvar . D.O. Madrid, Spain
100% Malvar, straw yellow with hints of green on appearance. Clean and fresh with bouquet of herbs and acidic fruits on the nose. Excellent balance. Flavourful, fragrant with a pleasant aftertaste. This lovely and refreshing white wine is perfect on its own or with light appetizers and fresh salads.
Jean des Vignes 2022 Côtes de Gascogne Blanc . Plaimont, France
A blend of Colombard and Ugni Blanc. Pale colour enlivened with green tints. An intensely fresh and fruity bouquet dominated by yellow and white fruit aromas. Well-balanced on the palate, the same aromas as the nose with the addition of a floral touch. A pure delight as an aperitif before the meal, and pairs fantastically with all seafood and grilled fish !
Le Grate Villa Silvia Bianco . Tuscany, Italy
A Trebbiano and Chardonnay blend. Intense straw yellow with golden and brilliant hues. Intense floral notes on the nose with hints of tropical fruit, completed by balsamic nuances. On the palate it is warm, enveloping, soft and with a long persistence. Ideal with all seafood and delicate meat dishes.
- DECEMBER ROSÉ WINE -
Jean des Vignes 2022 Côtes de Gascogne Rosé . Plaimont, France
A blend of Tannat, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. A pale pink colour. Round and fresh red berry fruit aromas and notes of banana. A well-balanced, full finish makes the wine very easy drinking. To be drunk as an aperitif, with a starter, fish or shellfish or, quite simply, throughout the meal.
- DECEMBER RED WINES -
A Pachas 2022 Tempranillo . D.O. Madrid, Spain
100% Tempranillo. Ruby colour with slight purple hues. Medium aromatic intensity of red fruits on the nose. Balanced with good tannins. Medium aftertaste and good finish. A young Tinto that can be drunk on its own or paired with roasted meat dishes.
Jean des Vignes 2021 Côtes de Gascogne Rouge . Plaimont, France
A blend of Tannat, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Round-bodied, easy to drink, well-balanced wine with red fruit yoghurt aromas. A full, supple, and elegant finish. A cuvee which is all fruit and elegance. Perfect for barbeques, Napolitano pizza or platters of charcuterie. Pure joy!

A Sangiovese and Canaiolo blend. Ruby red colour tending to purplish. On the nose Le Grate has a light and pleasantly fruity bouquet. On the palate this wine is dry and persistent, with a soft aftertaste. Excellent with Italian antipasti, based on cold cuts and cheeses.
