- DECEMBER WHITE WINES -
Cibeles Rioja Alta Blanco 2021 . Spain
Pale straw in colour, this is lovely and fresh. Complex aromas combining floral characters with preserved lemon and citrus. The palate is intense and broad with nuts, stone fruit, minerality and balancing citrus acidity on the finish. Perfect with aperitif cheeses and cold-cuts before a meal.
Fonte da Serrana Branco 2020 . Alentejo, Portugal
Produced from Antão Vaz (45%), Arinto (45%) and Semillion (10%). Radiant green-yellow with glittering reflections. The bouquet reveals wonderful notes of fresh grapefruit and ripe mango accompanied by subtle hints of juicy peach. On the palate, this white wine is expressive with wonderful freshness.
Tagua Selection 2021 Sauvignon Blanc . Chile
Suitable for vegans. Pale yellow colour with greenish notes. The palate is dry, with a medium acidity. Soft mineral notes are the product of the blend that includes fruit from high altitude vineyards. An ideal pairing for fresh fish, appetizers, salmon carpaccio and salads with white cheese.

Claude Val 2021 Rosé . Pezenas, France
Medium salmon pink, this is a lovely, fresh and zesty rosé, that also carries excellent balance and body; on the nose - stone fruit; on the palate - apricot, melon and light citrusy honey. Fabulous balance. Some light spice.
- DECEMBER RED WINES -
Cibeles Rioja Alta Tinto 2021 . Spain
A vibrant Rioja with fresh blackberry fruit aromas and bright acidity. This is a young Rioja wine that is made from 100% Tempranillo that has been de- stemmed and fermented with native yeasts. Very giving at the table and works well with everything from schnitzel to lasagna to roasted bass. Very drinkable on its own and best with the slightest chill. Unoaked.
Crucillón Campa de Borja 2021 Garnacha Tempranillo . Spain
Now this Garnacha is what we call the perfect everyday wine. This means if you want to liven up a winter’s night, this will be the perfect bottle. Bright red fruits, plum, mocha, pepper and lovely earthy undertones.
Tagua Selection 2021 Syrah . Chile
This Syrah is deep red with purple tints, a medium- bodied wine that features subtle wild flower notes, a rich berry-driven palate and balanced acidity. Perfect with grills and sausage or roasts – and excellent all on its own.
