April 2024 Free Gift . Eden Mill HOP Gin
Hops, a core ingredient of beer, meets the distillery's gin and the result offers a zesty citrus and apricot aroma with a rich finish. There is an excellent balance with floral, coriander and light hoppy notes, soft tropical fruit follows with hints of juniper. The gin finishes with smooth, hoppy and fresh apricot notes balanced with a refreshing crispness.
- APRIL WHITE WINES -
Favugne Teanum 2023 Pinot Grigio . Puglia, Italy
100% Falanghina Grapes. Pale yellow robe. Dominant aromas of yellow fruits. On the palate it is dry, smooth, and fruity with a very pleasant freshness. Great as an aperitif, but pairs great with seafood, white meat, mushrooms, and cheeses.
Copaboca 2023 Verdejo . Rueda, Spain
Produced from 100% Verdejo grapes. Straw yellow with greenish reflections, clear and bright. On the nose this Verdejo has aromas of white fruits. On the mouth it’s dry, tasty and balanced. Best paired with pastas, fish, shellfish and white meats.
Dveri 2021 Sipon Furmint . Jarenina, Slovenia
Furmint is the oldest grape of the region. Pale golden colour and delicate fruit on the nose. It shows classic varietal characteristics of ripe pears, apples, and some citrusy notes. Dry on the palate, light bodied, with plenty of ripe acidities. Good intensity, great persistence and length. Best paired with seafood, cold meats, or cream sauce based dishes.
- APRIL ROSÉ WINE -
Villa de Sada Rosado . Navarra, Spain
Vinified with Tempranillo and Grenache grapes, this wine displays a lovely pink colour and has sweet fruit aromas and a very pleasant refreshing flavour on the palate. It can be enjoyed as an aperitif or served with seafood appetisers as well as with salads, rice, pasta or vegetable dishes.
- APRIL RED WINES -
Favugne Teanum 2021 Nero di Troia . Puglia, Italy
100% Nero di Troia grapes. Bright red with great consistency, elegant aromas of red fruit that we find on the palate in good company of soft and elegant tannins. Grilled roasts and traditional Apulian food are great combinations.
Copaboca 2022 Joven . Rioja, Spain
Made with 100% Tempranillo grapes. Cherry colour with violet tones. The nose is fruity and floral. In the mouth it is smooth, tasty, with a balanced finish. Great paired with rice dishes, pasta with sauces, grilled meats, cheeses and salads.
Dveri 2015 Modri Pinot Noir . Jarenina, Slovenia
Gentle garnet colour. Mature nose with scents of mushrooms, leather, ripe juicy strawberries, and vanilla. Dry on the palate, mature tannins with a long finish. Best served with veal, roast chicken, rabbit, grilled tuna, also beef and dishes with mushroom sauces.
