WHITE WINES
UNICO Cuvée Spumante Brut . Alto Trevigiano, Italy
This fresh and vibrant sparkling wine is held on its lees in tank for a few weeks so it picks up lovely textures - very fine straw yellow colour with greenish tints. The bouquet is delicate and perfumed with a full, balanced and dry finish. Great on its own or served with light finger foods, cheeses and nuts.
Isola Organic 2021 Verdejo . Cuenca Province, Spain
Pale yellow, bright with greenish hues. Fresh tropical aromas such as pineapples and citrus aromas, along with white fruits, and herbaceous, typical of the Verdejo variety. Dry, balanced and with excellent length on the palate, perfect pairing with hors d'oeuvre, salads, pasta and rice dishes, and seafood.
Berta Paolo 2020 Cortese dell'Alto Monferrato, Italy
Produced in the micro-climate of Monferrato in Piemonte. Pale straw to greenish in colour, the bouquet is delicate with floral and white stone fruit notes like apricot and nectarine. Dry and savoury on the palate, perfect with raw fish, shellfish, seafood, vegetable soups, white meat and appetisers. Excellent as an aperitif.

Depending upon your location in Europe, you will receive a beautiful rosé wine that is soft, balanced and expressive. As we are developing our rosé selection for the summer of 2022, we’d be happy to hear back from you on what you think about the style that we send you. We hand-select all of our wines, and so we assure excellent quality.
RED WINES
Little Eden 2021 Pinot Noir . South Eastern Australia
Garnet with a crimson hue. Intense fresh red fruits like strawberry, cherry and raspberry predominate with a pleasant floral note of violets. Medium bodied. Silky tannins on the palate with red berries, violet, rhubarb and just a hint of vanilla leading to a savory finish. Marry with duck breast with a pomegranate and citrus glaze or roasted assortment of mushrooms with herbs.
Vignafante 2020 Rosso IGT . Umbria, Italy
Produced with Sangiovese and Merlot grapes, which are separately harvested – and only after the vinification are they combined into a finished wine. An intense aroma is composed by notes of blackberries and subtle balsamic hues. A wine for all meals, and pairs well with Mediterranean tomato-based dishes.
Il Drago e la Fornace 2021 Nacchero . Tuscany, Italy
This savoury 100% Sangiovese is ruby red in colour with an intense bouquet of ripe red fruit. There are spice nuances and elements of orange peel - the wine has great depth, it is round and harmonious. Perfect with baked pasta dishes, meat and aged cheeses.
