e have been sending out samples of the Chilli No. 5 Piri Piri Sauce to all of our Brad's Wine subscribers (African bird’s eye chilli, red onions, red peppers, pickled jalapenos, root ginger, lemon and lime juice, olive oil, and cider vinegar). Here's a great drink to create with the sauce!

Ingredients
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon Chilli No. 5 Piri Piri Sauce
1/4 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Dash cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon tabasco sauce
1/2 teaspoon freshly grated horseradish (or 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish)
2 extra large shots of vodka
100 mls high-quality tomato juice
50 mls chicken stock
1 stick celery

Method
In a large cocktail shaker, mix the celery salt, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, Piri Piri sauce, black pepper, cayenne pepper, tabasco sauce and horseradish.
Fill shaker with ice and add vodka, tomato juice, chicken stock and lemon juice. Shake vigorously, strain into ice-filled glass.
Garnish with celery stalk, lime slice and serve immediately.
