The Broken Clock Vodka Bloody Mary

e will be sending out 100ml wax-sealed, hand-bottled, limited edition Broken Clock Vodka beauties free to all of our Brad's Wine subscribers. The vodka is made in Cheshire (UK) from slow-ripened, organic, windfall apples and a selection of botanicals found in old Georgian recipes including bergamot and angelica root.

Ingredients
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Dash cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon tabasco sauce
1/2 teaspoon freshly grated horseradish (or 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish)
2 extra large shots of Broken Clock Vodka
100 mls high-quality tomato juice
50 mls chicken stock
1 stick celery

Method
In a large cocktail shaker, mix the celery salt, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, black pepper, cayenne pepper, tabasco sauce and horseradish.
Fill shaker with ice and add vodka, tomato juice, chicken stock and lemon juice. Shake vigorously, strain into ice-filled glass.
Garnish with celery stalk, lime slice and serve immediately.
