Cold vat fermented at a low temperature to retain crisp, fresh characters, this Vinho Verde is a light, pearly young green wine with a fresh and floral taste.

This is really going to get your taste-buds tingling, fresh and zesty with hints of lime and passionfruit. Drink the wine young, always in the sunshine.

Produced by a small family operation, this is a lovely wine with a fragrant and floral nose, soft on the palate with notes of almonds. Drink as an aperitif with cheeses. Marries well with fresh water fish or light pasta.

Great with veal or salmon dishes, especially Asian dishes where the food complement has some caramelisation involved in the cooking process.

This Merlot and Cabernet blend is coming from the valley in front of Saint Emilion, on sandy and clay soil, the wine is vinified like a Grand Cru, which means you are getting a superb wine in the glass.
