Crisp acidity is found on the palate with characters of white nectarine, honey melon and cashew, vanilla tones. The mid-weight palate shows good balance between the rounded fruit, nutty oak and vibrant acids. Ripe and tannic flavours extend to a lengthy finish.
Brad comments: Great with veal or salmon dishes, especially Asian dishes where the food complement has some caramelisation involved in the cooking process.
